On 30.08.2011 the Contract was concluded between the Provincial Road Management with its seat in Olsztyn City and the ZBM Inwestor Zastępczy Sp. z o.o. Company for performing duties of a Contract Engineer in the Project titled:“Extension of No. 503 section Elbląg – Tolkmicko – Pogrodzie”

Opening of Gołdap By-pass |

On 25 October 2010 ceremonial opening of Gołdap By-pass within the national road No 65 took place.. Construction of the road started in 2008 and costed 125 million PLN. The works were carried out by the consortium of companies: Bilfinger Beger Budownictwo SA, Warsaw, Oleckie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych Sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych Sp. z o.o. in Giżycko. Management and supervision was carried out by the company ZBM IZ.

International Fair of Urban and Road Infrastructure „INFRASTRUKTURA 2010”
On 13-15 October 2010 in the Centrum MT Polska Exhibition Hall, 56c Marsa Street in Warsaw, the VIII International Urban and Road Infrastructure Fair “INFRASTRUKTURA 2010” took place. On the ZBM IZ exhibition stand the Company showed its achievements from the start of the operation up to the present time including currently implemented road and bridge projects and environmental protection projects supervised by the ZBM IZ.
On 14 October 2010 held the handing over of Prizes of the Minister of Infrastructure for the best offer of market or services presented during INFRASTRUKTURA FAIRS 2010 took place.
ZBM IZ was awarded with the Prize of the Minister for the 1st place in the category "Technologies and Services" as a comprehensive and modern services within the scope of management and supervision of the construction of roads.

The Contract with the Warsaw authorities |

On 29 September 2010 the Contract was signed between the Capital City of Warsaw – the Zarząd Miejskich Inwestycji Drogowych in Warsaw and ZBM IZ Company for „Performing duties of the technical supervision over implementation of the task: Rebuilding Wybrzeże Szczecińskie Str. on the section from the Poniatowski Bridge to railway bridge in Warsaw”.
